The Rescue Run - Race for Marine Mammals 5K is a Running race in Rye, New Hampshire consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K Trail Run.
The Kennebunk Savings Rescue Run: Race for Marine Mammals features a popular 5k chip-timed trail race and untimed walk through Odiorne Point State Park. Now in its seventh year, our popular Race follows the 5k cross-country trail route created by Jennifer Shultis, captain of Team Eastern Mountain Sports, 2006 US Adventure Racing National Champions. You'll run through the forest, by the rocky shore, across a sandy beach, and alongside historic military fortifications.
The first 175 registrants for the 5k, excluding free participants, will receive a free official race t-shirt. Race shirts will be available for purchase for $10 at the time of registration. Prizes are awarded in age and gender
