If you are itching for your first spring race, come check out a the annual Sping Fever 5K in beautiful Newburyport. This course runs through the historic streets of Newburyport. It has one significant downhill in the first mile and one gradual uphill at the end of the second mile, but is otherwise flat and fast!. It ends with a great post race party at the Bresnahan Elementary school.

The finish line party is sure to be very kid friendly and will have a DJ and many activities and food options such as Metzy's Taco truck and free Dominos pizza. The kids fun run starts at 10:00 a.m. sharp and includes a loop that allows older kids to run more than one loop. Bring the family and hang out before and after the 5k, there will be plenty to keep the whole family busy.
