About The Noah's Crown Town 5K
The Noah's Crown Town 5K is a Running race in Overland Park, Kansas consisting of a 5K.
Noah Wilson was diagnosed with cancer in April of 2014. This incredibly brave six year old boy endured countless tests, procedures, surgeries, chemo treatments, and much more - yet managed to do so without ever losing his sense of joy. With a maturity far beyond his years, Noah turned his illness into an opportunity to help other kids like him endure the trials and pains associated with the normal course of cancer treatments. Through his vision, Noah was able to turn his pain into a way to bring smiles to others.
Noah passed away in June of 2015, but not before starting his Bandage Project and making a huge differenceKeep Reading in the world. In honor of Noah and his legacy, Noah's Bandage Project and Agape Montessori School are proud to bring you Noah's Crown Town 5K Run/Walk. All proceeds, donations of funds, and bandages collected from this race go to support Noah's Bandage Project, and their mission to help fund pediatric cancer research.
This family friendly race will take place on a flat, scenic route through Corporate Woods. Bring your friends and family out to support an amazing cause. Runners, walkers and stroller/wagon riders are all welcome join! For those in it to win it, the top runners will be honored in a ceremony following the race.
