The Girls on the Run Spring 5K is a Running race in Iowa City, Iowa consisting of a 5K.

Join us for our end-of-season Spring 5k event!

This family-friendly, celebratory race is the culminating event of the 10-week, 20-lesson Girls on the Run and Heart & Sole programs for 3rd - 8th grade girls. Join nearly 400 girls and their Running Buddies from 30+ area schools in Linn, Johnson, Benton, and Iowa Counties!

Our 5k is clock-timed and open to ALL community participants--all ages and abilities welcome to come run or walk with us. The race will start at 10:00 AM, but arrive early for pre-race festivities. Remember that all girls who are participating in the Girls on the Run program are automatically registered for the race
