Get Up & Move 5K Fun Run - Dyersville, Iowa - Running

The Get Up & Move 5K Fun Run is a Running race in Dyersville, Iowa consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K.

Route: Race will start on the on the golf course. Runners will then run a short distance to the Heritage trail (via prier rd) where they will run a little over a mile and half and then loop back around at the half way point.The runners will then finish the race by running the final stretch on the golf course and finish at the Rolling Knolls Golf Course Club House.

Race proceeds will benefit the Get Up & Move Program, which encourages children to go play outside without electronics or parents in hopes to expand their imagination and independence.

The race will be held in conjunction with the BBQ Competition. Runners will be able to stay after the race, listen to live music and taste test samples of local bbq smoked foods. The golf course is responsible for all drink sales and the foundation will be responsible for tickets sales for the food.
