Pumpkinfest 5K - Anamosa, Iowa - Running

The Pumpkinfest 5K is a Running race in Anamosa, Iowa consisting of a 5K.

The course will begin and end on Main Street Anamosa at the intersection of Davis and Main. Course will head out on the Shaw Road and introduce Jones County's future Wapsipinicon Trail. Have little runners? Excellent. New this year are expanded age division for all boys & girls, men & women. All 1st place winners age division for boys and girls under the age of 19 will receive a trophy. Visit the chamber website on this page or contact the organizer for the new age divisions.

Your little runner not a runner yet? No problem. The start and finish line is right next to the inflatables so they can all be entertained while you're on the course. Better yet, have them head down to the Lawrence Community Center and watch the GIANT pumpkins get weighed in and enter competition at the Ryan Norlin Pumpkin Weigh-off Contest. Then stick around and let them test their skills at the Big Wheel Racing contest.

After the race, free showering facilities are available at the Lawrence Community Center and we certainly invite you to make a day of it at the Anamosa Pumpkinfest.
