Iowa Games Cross Country Race - Ames, Iowa - Running

The Iowa Games Cross Country Race is a Running race in Ames, Iowa consisting of a 8K and 4K and 1K Kids Run/Fun Run.

All ages and genders of the 8K will run together in one race starting at 7:30 am. All ages and genders of the 4K will run together in one race starting at 8:30 am. All the 1K (.63 mile) participants will run together in one race starting at 9:15 am. The 1K race is open to all runners but is designed for runners ages 14 and under. All 1K finishers will receive a medal. No age divisions in the 1K will be offered.
