The Johnny Appleseed 5K is a Running race in Fort Wayne, Indiana consisting of a 5K.

Come join us for the Johnny Appleseed Festival 5K Run/Walk. The race will start off just SW of the Johnny Appleseed Park campground office. Enjoy running the River Greenway over the river to Purdue University Fort Wayne. Admire an abundance of fall colors as you follow the trail along the river. You may be tempted to stop and look at beautiful landscaping and sculptures as you run directly through the center of campus. As you head back towards the finish line, you will begin to smell the aroma of vendors starting their campfires for the delicious food offered during the festival.
