Jay's Hope Trek or Treat - Macon, Georgia - Running

The Jay's Hope Trek or Treat is a Running race in Macon, Georgia consisting of a 1 Mile Kids Run/Fun Run and 10K and 5K.

40,000 pieces of candy, 1,000 runners and walkers, hundreds of costumes, and a whole lotta FUN! Sound like a good time? Register now for our 11th annual Trek or Treat Event! There is an event for everyone: the 5K/10K Road Race, the mile-long unSpooky Sprint, or the Candy Mile for the kids! These family-friendly events will be held at Bass Pro Shops in Macon. The 5K & 10K begin at 8:00 am. Both courses are chip timed and all results will be handled by Event Tech Timing. The 5K is a lovely, scenic route that leaves Bass Pro and continues up New Forsyth Rd. into Monroe county and returns to Bass Pro. The 10K route follows the 5K route with an added 1 mile loop near the beginning of the course. We welcome runners of all stages, walkers, strollers and leashed dogs onto the course. We do ask that those walking or running with strollers remain toward the rear of the participants.
