The Run For The One is a Running race in Athens, Georgia consisting of a 5K.
Lord and Stephens Funeral Home presents the Run for the One a 5k that will take you through the rolling hills of Oconee Hill Cemetery. Come and explore the beautiful and historic cemetery through the fun of a 5k race.
All proceeds from the race will go towards Remember the One. The race will take you 3.1 miles among the resting places of many notable Georgians including governors, University presidents, veterans, and Congressmen. There will be one water station set up around the halfway mark of the race.
