PHROZEN Jewel Run - Orlando, Florida - Running

The PHROZEN Jewel Run is a Running race in Orlando, Florida consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 10K and 5K.

The I.S. Hankins F.A. Johnson Education Foundation, Inc. and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Orlando members are back to host The Phrozen Jewel Run, which will benefit the Young Men of Distinction (YMOD) mentoring program. Your participation will ensure that this great organization can continue to help young men develop academically, socially, personally, and as leaders.

Whether you choose the 5K or 10k distance, you will run along side the beautiful Econolockahatchee River and enjoy scenic views from start to finish. This race will be chip timed and the course is fast and flat. Following the race, we'll have a free kiddie dash for those 12 & under!

All participants will receive a t-shirt, medal, and registration bag. Prizes will be given to the top three men and women overall and the top man and woman in each age group. We'll also have a Zumba warmup, great vendors, post race snacks, free photos, & more!

Runners and walkers of all skill levels are welcomed!

Registration opens at 7:06am and ends 7:45am

Zumba Warm-up starts at 7:45am and ends 8:00am

5/10K Run starts at 8:06a

Free kid's dash starting after the 5K!
