The Home Tone 5K is a Running race in Fort Walton Beach, Florida consisting of a 5K.

Your registration for the 5K also includes admission to the Health Party that evening.
The first 100 registered receive a loaded goody bag! These participants receive a Home Tone DVD($20 value), info and freebies from area businesses, and a tee shirt. The night is hosted by a local emcee, Kalia. Two of the best comedians on the panhandle, Vaneesa Harrington and 2Loose, will take the stage- they put the FUN in funny! Special guest local artists will sing popular songs and some originals. Our key note speaker, Jennifer Nelson will share with us the importance of being "fit to fight." With this mindset, we can be proactive in our health instead of reactive if problems arise. She is also the author of the book, Divine Soldier, and has recently met Mrs. Michelle Obama. Then get your dance on with one of the best Zumba instructors on the Emerald Coast, Tammy Jenkins.
