The Governor's Cup 5K is a Running race in Dover, Delaware consisting of a 5K.
This FREE event includes a 5K Run/Walk or a 1 mile noncompetitive walk as well as a health fair at The Governor's residence at Woodburn. Not able to make it to the on-site event? Sign up for the new off-site 5K and you can fully participate from right where you are. All you need to do is accumulate your steps on Thursday September 21st by walking, jogging, or running 6,400 steps, roughly the equivalent of a 5K.

Beautiful day for a 5K walk/run. Terrain was easy and relaxing. Water tables with welcoming/smiling helpers were wonderful. The vendors were great with various information and free items. Registration and check in was quick and easy. Post-Race had great snacks.
Looking forward to next year.
