THE COUNTDOWN IS ON! This year's 10K/5K Road Race will be held in collaboration with Celebrate Wallingford festivities. Don't miss your chance to participate AND enjoy the family fun of the day! The Fishbein/YMCA Road Race features a 5K and 10K course, as well as a 1-mile walk for fun, all to benefit the LiveSTRONG program and the Community Support Campaign. The 5K and 10K offer certified courses and cash prizes, both perfect for experienced runners, while the community atmosphere makes these events great for novice runners, as well. Our 1-mile walk encourages family and friends to walk together at a leisurely pace in support of cancer survivors.

Since 2014, proceeds from the annual Fishbein/YMCA Road Race have benefited our LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program - a FREE 12-week small group exercise and support program delivered by specially trained staff that is designed to help those affected by cancer maintain and rebuild strength, endurance and function. While focusing on regaining physical strength and stamina, the program helps heal the whole person, offering emotional support and a caring community.
