Frosty Forest Trail 5K - Stratford, Connecticut - Running

The Frosty Forest Trail 5K is a Running race in Stratford, Connecticut consisting of a 5K.

This adventure occurs at the Town of Stratford's own Roosevelt Forest, giving you a wonderful opportunity to get off the road and onto the trails with nature and who knows, maybe we can see Frosty running, too?

Yes, you can dress up in any Holiday costume and run, however a little trail experience is mandatory; contact me for a preview hike of the course, if desired. You can choose to run, jog, hike or walk the 5K and visit a new panorama with the promise of the Holiday Spirit moving along with you. Space is limited to only 50 participants, so sign up early and save.

After completing the course you will receive a custom designed finisher's medal and participant food. Part of the cost will be shared with the Roosevelt forest Commission and the Stratford EMS, although to support the integrity of the race and cost, there are no refunds or exchanges, but will be considered a donation to the above charities.
