Middletown 10K and 5K Run - Middletown, Connecticut - Running

The Middletown 10K and 5K Run is a Running race in Middletown, Connecticut consisting of a 10K and 5K.

A springtime road race through the idyllic campus of Wesleyan University in Middletown! Both races loop around campus, while the 5K finishes, the 10K takes another loop before a fast downhill finish on Old Church Street. The 10K is a USATF-CT State Championship race a" expect an exciting, competitive race finish.

All finishers receive a high quality short sleeve technical shirt and enjoy a post-race party in Union Green, adjacent to the finish line.

The 10K course starts on High Street adjacent to Wesleyan University, then follows a counterclockwise loop around campus. This two loop course has rolling hills before a fast downhill finish on Old Church Street. The 10K is a USATF-CT State Championship race!

The 5K (3.1 miles) is the perfect route for runners and walkers. It starts with the 10K on High Street adjacent to Wesleyan University and loops around campus before a fast downhill to the finish on Old Church Street. Note: The 5K course is not USATF Certified.
