The Anderson Road Runners have always done an outstanding job with this race and their experience shows! Feel good, positive, supportive group of women at this race. It was well organized and even a beginner could easily navigate the when, where and how of a Tri. The Syracuse area is a great place to visit in the summer. Lots to do on a weekend visit.

Whether your a seasoned athlete or just out to challenge yourself for a morning, this race should be on everyone's bucket list
