Come support the Remington family, residents and founders of the Samantha Remington Angel Heart Foundation, to raise money to help other families deal with the trauma and financial difficulties associated with heart disease. This is the annual fundraiser held in the Rock Creek neighborhood and we invite everyone to come out and enjoy some Heart Healthy Fun! Run either the 5K or the kids' 1 -mile course and stick around for more games and activities in the park. All
