The Visalia Emergency Aid Council Race Against Hunger is a Running race in Visalia, California consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 2 Mile Walk and 5K.

All proceeds benefit the Visalia Emergency Aid Food Pantry. The Race Against Hunger provides critical funding for food assistance to more than 1,100 families (2500 children) in need each month.

Numerous studies have shown that hunger and malnutrition have a drastic effect on a child's long-term health, academic and social behavior. The Race Against Hunger provides the capital needed to keep our food pantry open throughout the year. No child should go to bed hungry!
