The Father's Day Rainbow Falls 5K is a Running race in San Francisco, California consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K.

Come and celebrate Father's Day with a fun 5K race in Golden Gate Park! Race starts and finishes near Kennedy Drive and Transverse. Race day registration/check-in begins at 8am and the race starts at 9am. Free half-mile Kids Race for children ages 12 & under begins at 9:45am, same location. Free parking along Kennedy and Transverse Drives. For children ages 10 & under who wish to run in the 5K race, please register them on race day as there is no entry fee for this age group. Finisher ribbons to all participants, place ribbons to Top 5 overall M/F runners. Race is held rain or shine and we regret no refunds.
