The Rio Lindo Trail Run is a Running race in Healdsburg, California consisting of a 10K and 5K.

This trail run is one of the most beautiful runs you do all year. Both the 5k and 10k courses feature brand new single track trails as well as 4x4 trails and fire roads. The elevation change from the highest point of the run to the lowest point of the run is only 200 feet. However, don't let that fool you as some parts of the trail switch back up the 200 feet rather quickly. While on the trails, you will run along the Russian River, through apple orchards, through mossy wooded areas, including redwoods, and finally by small creeks and open fields of tall grass. This race has it all and is perfect for both the novice and experienced trail runner.
