The Disaster Dash 5K is a Running race in Little Rock, Arkansas consisting of a 5K and Virtual 5K.
The 5th Annual Disaster Dash is Saturday, September 21, 2024 in Little Rock, at the beautiful Murray Park River Trail.
Join us as a 5K runner, walker, or wheelchair participant, or sign up for our Virtual Event! All participants will receive a finisher's medal, t-shirt, goody bag, and official race time. Register by August 31 to guarantee a t-shirt.
Proceeds from this family-friendly event will benefit victims of natural disasters. Disaster Dash events are family-friendly and open to all fitness levels, and raise funds to benefit the Jannette Jaco Memorial Endowment for disaster relief, a fund of Arkansas Community Foundation.
