ARR Open Mile - Phoenix, Arizona - Running

The ARR Open Mile is a Running race in Phoenix, Arizona consisting of a 1 Mile.

Come out and join us for an evening of running and racing at Shadow Mountain High School. Racing starts at 6:40 pm. We will have four events:

Open Mile
Grand Prix Mile
Mile Relay
Predict Your Time Mile
Please show up at the track by 6:30 pm to register and warm-up for the free events. Each event will have multiple heats and you can run as many heats as you want. The heat will have a time goal (ie. sub 6 min, 6 - 7 min, 7- 8 min, etc) so you will be running against people that are in your time goal.

The relay teams can be made up of 1, 2 or 4 people. You can make up at team at the track.

The predict your time mile is just that. You tell us what your finish time will be. No watches allowed. The winner is the person who comes closest to their predicted times.
