Your day will start with a LIVE CANNON BLAST & multiple musket volley just south of the historic cradle of liberty, The Alamo, at chic new Hemisfair. Pulsate past The historic Alamo while honoring our Alamo heroes. Cruise handsome Houston Street with the likes of famous Buckhorn Museum. Swim across a few San Antonio's downtown iron bridges over the famed River Walk. . Lounge on down to SoFlo and sashay through quaint King William, Texas' oldest historic neighborhood. Pray past iconic Mission Concepcion before hitting the lush links of Riverside Golf Club. ALAMO 13.1 HALF defenders make a turn for home on the sweet grounds of one of our cheery charitable partners, the PARENTS' ACADEMY. Our EPIC defender of The ALAMO MARATHON then canoe down the San Antonio River towards the three other World Heritage Missions, San Jose, San Juan Capistrano & San Francisco de Espada while basking in the glow of the natural beauty of the Mission Reach and its wonderful community. All of these amazing San Antonio iconic spots head you back to our festive post race celebration with so many local culinary treats including ice chilled 2% chocolate milk & Alamo Beer along with live music.
