Prouty Beach, Little Falls, MN

The River Rat 5K is a Triathlon race in Little Falls, Minnesota consisting of a Super Sprint.


inside the gates at beautiful Prouty Beach in Newport there will be a sprint Triathlon. The event consists of ½ mile swim, 13 mile bike ride, and a 3.1 mile run. Race in and along the shores of the Memphremagog in Newport, VT in the Newport Sprint Triathlon. Complete the race by yourself or bring some friends to race as a relay team. This race is sponsored by North Country Hospital and produced by Chris Shaffer and Newport Parks & Recreation. Proceeds support the Mary Wright Halo Foundation.
