The annual C2 Obstacle Trail Run (formerly C2 Survival Race) is a 3+ mile trail run and youth 1-mile fun run with obstacles along the way that will challenge and inspire you. With a refreshed obstacle layout and new physical challenges along both courses. Whether you participate in the individual, team or youth division, you will overcome obstacles, breakdown barriers and finish strong! This event is geared towards all levels of fitness and welcomes large and small companies, churches and schools to unite and reawaken the inner child within each of us. Stick around for post race food and enjoy additional YMCA Camp Thunderbird activities like Zip Line, Pony Rides and Paddlesports (activity passes sold separately).

With each step along the picturesque trails of YMCA Camp Thunderbird, C2 participants are changing children's lives for the better. The proceeds from C2 Obstacle Trail Run benefit the YMCA Annual Campaign which serves under resourced children in the Steele Creek area. The YMCA of Greater Charlotte provides programs and services to help subsidize youth development programs like camp, dance, sports and afterschool to those who need assistance. Our Community.
