The Thomas College Dirty Dog Mud Run is a Obstacle & Mud Runs race in Waterville, Maine consisting of a 5K Mud Run.
5k with 10 -12 obstacles including mud, cargo nets, tire pulls, and did we say mud!
Obstacles could include cargo net climbs, monkey bars, Mud crawls, tire pulls/Flips, deep mud runs, wall climbs, sandbag carries, and many hills.
This event is for individuals AND Teams. Teams are encouraged, funky Team Names are encouraged, Costumes are encouraged!!!
Racers will go off in Heats of 35 every 10 minutes. Heats will be determined by the Race Directors.
