It's for the couch potato as well as the hardcore adventure seeker.The Ridge Run is brought to you by Oak Ridge MX, one of the gnarliest motocross tracks in the Midwest. This is our 3rd annual mud/obstacle course that is guaranteed to keep you coming back for years to come! This is NOT a flat course. You will encounter some of Iowa's largest hills and valleys! We encourage you to run with a group or with a friend! Either way
