Westgate Run Wild - Thornton, Colorado - Obstacle & Mud Runs

The Westgate Run Wild is a Obstacle & Mud Runs race in Thornton, Colorado consisting of a Kids Run/Fun Run and 5K.

This run benefits Westgate Community School, a small non-profit charter school in Adams 12. The timed, accurately-measured 5K will be run on a mostly flat (there is one short hill near the beginning) concrete/pavement course. Custom award medals for top three places in each age group.

5K Fun Run begins at 8:00am and follows a mostly flat course. Top finishers are awarded in these age groups: 6 and under, 7-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up.

Back by popular demand! Directly following the Fun Run, we will have a 1K Obstacle Course on our school playground and walking path! Children who complete the obstacle course will receive a finisher award.

Both events will begin and end in the school parking lot, where there will be post-race snacks, vendor village, and food trucks! Gather your friends, family, or colleagues to form teams! Wear a costume, get silly, and come "run wild" with the Westgate crew at this family-friendly event!
