The Muddy Dash - San Jose is a Obstacle & Mud Runs race in San Jose, California consisting of a 5K Mud Run (Short).

Our races are based around a 5k structure, so you can generally expect about 3 miles of mud, walls, ropes, monkey bars, and 15+ other examples of anything we're able to fit into the unique Muddy Dash venue we visit. We're consistently striving for innovation and excitement in our obstacles, so there's always a chance you'll see something brand new! From the moment you step off of that start line, until you triumphantly cross the finish, we hope you're prepared to have the time of your life among so many of your new best friends in the Muddy Dash community.

Muddy Dash is a few miles of fun. You can expect about a dozen Muddy Moments where, in order to move on, you'll need to run, walk, crawl, wade, slip, or slide. Our Mud Experts will take you through the experience and you never know who you'll encounter along the way. Mud pits won't be any deeper than waist deep, so you don't have to worry about actually swimming. Muddy Dash is all about having a good time; so you don't have to worry about competition or timing. Costumes are always welcomed. From the moment you step off of the Start Line, until you cross the Finish, Muddy Dash will put a smile on the filthy faces of you and all of your muddy buddies.
