- Packet - more goodies than most races.
- Swim - Even though it's far north it's still the Hudson. In 2013 we believe the course was short.
- Bike - Challenging hills but great course. Enough aid stations.
- Run - Challenging hills again but amazing crowd support. BEAUTIFUL

This is probably my favorite road race. The town really puts on a show, and makes runners feel welcome. In my prime , I was fortunate enough to have been given elite status in this race, and it was a special experience; however, weaving through the crowds other years
