Palm Springs Health Run Disaster

Due to confusion about the course, this race was a complete disaster. Runners being sent down the wrong streets, backtracking, running into others going the wrong way...could they have screwed it up any more? Most of the 5K runners ended up running about 2.3 miles, that is, if they didn't fall

Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon Raleigh

Great experience

Tough but manageable course. Great crowd support and views of Raleigh and NC State. Parking was abundant and after party/ expo were great. Rock 'n roll always puts on a good race.

Staten Island Half

Course is fairly straight forward, out and back. One hill after the turn and a few rollers. The second half was very windy and cold. I made sure I tucked in behind someone to break the wind. Not my favorite half but a good tune up for the NYC marathon. Will
