"I have mixed reviews on this race and need to explain my star ranking. My experience was unique because I had a bike accident at mile 15 and spent time in an ambulance getting bandaged up before continuing. Support from the EMS and race marshalls was wonderful.

This is a really well run medium size race. There is one really big hill up to mile 3, but after that the next 10 miles are pretty easy, so just take it easy and don't plan on a PR for the first 3 miles and then enjoy the views. Some
