I ran the 5K last year. I promised myself that I would and did run the 10K this year. A good move since the skies opened up during the 5K Run and all we had was a drizzle during the 10K Run. This was a Championship race this year which meant

Great course. I know people complained about the location of the number pickup. Unless you live in Dumbo, the pickup location is pretty out of the way. This is the first run I know about where the race organizers let you send a "proxy" to pickup your number

"The course is great, though the last 2 miles have a lot of concrete which is hard to run on especially after running for 11 miles before. A couple more aid stations would be better, definitely were not enough especially second half which is hotter and some uphill.
