Minnewaska Triathlon

A great race for beginner Triathletes or for participants who want to do 1-2 sprint Triathlons a summer!

The swimming portion runs parallel to the beach and the waves are typically small so early in the morning.
The bike portion has a beautiful 11.1 mile course along the Lake Minnewaska and beautiful views and the run is 2.5 miles
out and back along the Lake and finishes by a soccer field.

Huge turnout and it was professionally managed.
Nice Finisher medala nd shirt.

Course was Flat & Fast with water on the course.

Marked very well with volunteers at any turns.

Never been disappointed with this race

I love this race - I've done it 3 times. This area of NH is so beautiful. Lake is crystal clear - just amazing. Be sure you have smoked goggles if sunny because you turn and swim into the sun. Bike course has a couple tough climbs
