Not the most exciting, but a nice race.

"Ran this race in 2012 and 2013, and plan to run in 2014. It's a nice half -- pretty flat with just a few small areas of elevation. The course is a little boring -- you run straight down Ocean Parkway for a large chunk (maybe 6 miles or

Gem City 5K

Love the walk. Great stuff. I walked with the Toronto Fire Cheif. We both walked in our fire fear. My wife cheered me on. No complaints.

Minnewaska Triathlon

A great race for beginner Triathletes or for participants who want to do 1-2 sprint Triathlons a summer!

The swimming portion runs parallel to the beach and the waves are typically small so early in the morning.
The bike portion has a beautiful 11.1 mile course along the Lake Minnewaska and beautiful views and the run is 2.5 miles
out and back along the Lake and finishes by a soccer field.
