Tough but manageable course. Great crowd support and views of Raleigh and NC State. Parking was abundant and after party/ expo were great. Rock 'n roll always puts on a good race.

The race passes through beautiful rural countryside. Emergency workers with flashing lights provide safety at intersections. T-shirts are comfy and flattering ultra-soft cotton, a lot nicer than other race shirts I have. And the breakfast really is amazing a" bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs, fruit. Hands down the greatest race I've ever competed in. From start to finish there was non-stop support from the spectators. Great support from my fellow runners as well. I had cramped up around Queensboro and countless runners urged me to continue on. I really appreciated the extra motivation. The aide
