Swim
The swim course will take place in Elk Lake, a beautiful freshwater lake that is typically warm on race weekend. This single-loop swim will feature a rolling start from Hamsterly Beach Park. Swimmers will head south, keeping buoys to their right, before turning to head north and back to shore.

Bike
The IRONMAN 70.3 Victoria bike course is a single loop! Beginning at Hamsterly Beach, athletes will ride through four beautiful municipalities and enjoy stunning views of Haro Strait, the Coastal Mountains, and Saanich Inlet. The course will include three stocked aid stations, and safety will be ensured by local police, professional traffic control personnel and volunteers.

Run
The IRONMAN 70.3 Victoria run course is a 2-loop trail run. You'll take in the stunning views around Elk and Beaver Lake before finishing on Hamsterley Beach.
