Katy Half Marathon - Katy, Texas - Running

The Katy Half Marathon is a Running race in Katy, Texas consisting of a Half Marathon.

With a Half Marathon, Half Marathon Relay, 5K and Kids 1K, there is an event and distance for everyone.

The Katy Half Marathon course is USATF Certified for distance. The course will be well marked, patrolled by police at all necessary intersections, lined with appropriate traffic control devices and signage and measured for accuracy. Mile markers in the form of large 20a red teardrop flags will be placed every mile, and there will be hydration stations and portable restrooms throughout the course.

The course starts with an out-and-back loop within the mall area on four lane wide roads before exiting to a single loop, flat, and fast course. Once outside of the mall, please ensure that you are monitoring all signage, cones and police commands. The cone line on the course is what separates the vehicular traffic from the runners. Be careful and pay attention!
