Join us for the Annual Delmarva Dirt Dash, a mud and obstacle race designed for participants ages 15 and older. This 5k course takes you through wooded areas and fields, over creeks and climbing walls, and tests you on a variety of challenges including ice, monkey bars, a half-pipe, holes, and, of course... MUD!
