Cycling For Our Children Ride - Saint Charles, Missouri - Cycling

The Cycling For Our Children Ride is a Cycling race in Saint Charles, Missouri consisting of a 12 Miles and 24 Miles and 32 Miles and 45 Miles.

The ride will consist of four distance options: 12, 24, 32 and 45 miles. The course will be between Mueller Road and Portage/ Weber Lake Road depending on the length of your ride! The longer 45 mile ride will take you out to the intersection of Highway B and C intersection with a turnaround. The Trek Bicycle St. Peter's store will be providing mechanical support and assisting our volunteers to provide sag support. There will be a sag vehicle along the route. While you are riding there will be bottled water, fruit and breakfast bars provided at the start and finish (for the walkers as well) of the event along with various rest stations along the ride.

This year we are welcoming walkers to the event. You will use the same registration area and walk the perimeter of Mueller Park. You can shorten or extend your walk as much as you like! The entry fee is $25.00 as well a" just choose that option during registration!

Registration is available at the event, please see the times mentioned below. The fee is $25.00 per participant. Packet pickup will take place at the event. Registration is limited so register now and set your optional fundraising goal to help the Children and Families of Our Community in fighting addiction, a major threat to our youth.

The event will start at 7:30 AM so registration will take place between 6:45 AM and 7:25 AM. Please register for our event as you will have the opportunity to raise funds and receive gift items for the various levels of fundraising completed! (Once you have registered for the event you will receive an email in order to set up your fundraising goal via pledgereg.com. Please note fundraising is optional but we appreciate every rider and walker able to help raise funds to fight addiction!)



Fundraising will support a local charity called Addiction is Real. The proceeds from this event will help to fight the drug issues happening to the children in our community and provide education and support. Know a family who has lost a loved one to addiction? Want to support an individual in recovery? This is the perfect way to show your support.



Participants who raise $1,000 or more in fundraising via pledgereg.com or by making a personal donation, there will be a cycling jersey available to you at the event. Social media and email are fantastic ways to recruit donors or team members.



The gift items from your fundraising efforts include event specific water bottles for this ride, gift cards at various amounts to be used at the Trek Bicycle St. Peter's store location and other items. (Gift cards will be available for the top five fundraising riders.) As this is a fun event for all skill levels in bicycling you can simply enjoy the ride! Get your friends, coworkers and family involved as it is easy to raise funds that will directly help the children of our community! All participants will get an event bag, water bottle and T- Shirt.

On the road: Please note children aged 13 and older must be able to ride or walk with a registered adult. Helmets are required on this ride. In addition to the brief waiver read on this site, there will also be a waiver signed at the event. We look forward to a great and safe event!
