The Cape Cod Marathon and Relay is a Running race in Falmouth, Massachusetts consisting of a Marathon and Marathon Relay.

The Cape Cod Marathon and Relay is a unique event because it is staged by the Falmouth Track Club's local running club)and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Nearly 800 volunteers including medical teams, radio amateurs, Civil Air Patrol, local and state police, students, community gruops and scores of interested folks volunteer year after year. The courses include such landmarks as the Nobska Lighthouse, the legendary Shining Sea Bikeway, the quaint fishing village of Woods Hole and the grand vistas of Martha's Vineyard and the endless seashores.
