Bolton Summer XC Series - Bolton, Connecticut - Running

The Bolton Summer XC Series is a Running race in Bolton, Connecticut consisting of a 1 Mile and Kids Run/Fun Run and 2.2 Miles.

Completely off-road, this XC series is all about getting all of the family out and running on Wednesday nights all summer. We start with the toddler run-for-the-Popsicle race at 6PM. There is no charge, just lots of cheering and fun. At 6:10 we move up to the kids' 1 mile race. It is one loop around the fields and they are done! We charge $2. At 6:30 we hold the adult race for anyone over the age of 13. It is 2.4 miles of around the fields and into the woods and it is Bolton tough. There are roots and rocks and hills galore. You will feel like you got your money's worth for your $3. The Adult race and kids' mile are timed and results are posted on coolrunning within a few hours of the end of the race. Points are assigned for the top 5 in each age group and at the end of the Summer, top point scorers are awarded prizes at the end of the series party. Bring your family and come out and run the Farm. You will be glad you tried it.
