Packet pick up was a mess. They lost my bib, as well as 2 others while I was there. 1 women and Race Director were arguing - no customer service friendly people at all at the pick up. race was 17 minutes late -

If you ever wanted to feel rebellious and free ride your bike on the freeway! Of course it was shut down to motor vehicles but wow what an experience. The organizers make the finish area like the tour de france with a finish chute and live bands.

My family was running a 5k per month in 2016 and we found this one for March. I'd never been to New Bern, but had wanted to visit. So this was a great opportunity. Unfortunately, an ice storm hit that weekend and they had to cancel. We
