I love this marathon, been running it for 20 years, it's the people of LA that makes this marathon great not the organizers. When my wife and I signed up for this marathon, before checking out I didn't get the option to see what I was paying for, when I paid I found out that I signed myself twice. Sent an e mail to have it corrected but got no response, a week later I called and they fixed it, two weeks after I sent the e mail I got a response. At the expo when we picked up our bib numbers were found out that my wife's name was incorrect, went to solutions and they corrected but what they didn't correct was that we where not LA loyals as last year because we didn't sign up before Christmas, that's what they said. This was my 20th LA marathon and they don't consider me loyal.
