Waldwick 5K Race!

This was my 1st time running this race & it was such a blast! I was introduced to this race by the race director Stan who I recently met at a business networking event. Stan is the man!! He really knows how to spoil us runners! The course was fun & challenging with some rolling hills. There was a band on the course too. There were soooo many goodies for us at the finish such as a margarita tent, a photo booth & an array of food & snacks for us! I was so happy to place 2nd in my age group, winning a gift certificate to New Balance & also winning the raffle for a gift certificate to Andreaas Italian restuarant. I loved my 2nd place medal & all the awesome swag! Best way to start my Cinco de Mayo!
