As a person of overweight .. i thought I was going to die because at first it was hard since I am over weight and I was huffing and puffing .. but what made it simple ... my wife she was my partner always rutting me on as we both ran the 5k race and also running in Disneyland was super awesome .. if I could I would do it again just for the experience.
