All in all, the course wasn't too bad. There could have been a few safety precautions, but that's what the waiver is for...
My only moment of trepidation was in the mud pit...there were times neither my feet nor my hands were reaching the bottom. Add in the charley-horse that was beginning in each hip, and you have a scary situation.
The rinsing off area could have had a bit more water pressure....
