Dogs should not be allowed on the course

I've run this race many times and enjoyed it. I did it this year and the time before that was 2016. Both times there were dogs on the course that interfered with running. This year it was particularly bad. I encountered three dogs, and the last one was very worrisome. I nearly tripped over it or the leash several times.
