Everything was great until after the race. Even though my bib was on the outside of my clothes, it never registered that I ran. I reported it more than once with no response giving info about my strava account which tracked me as well as friends who saw me running/finishing, including the photographer, Shannon. I was excited to see my official times as I had negative splits according to strava so very disappointed that there were no results and no acknowledgement regarding my emails.
